Rental process explanation guide for uses

1. Option 1

Contact us directly and we can explain or fill out your details with your inquiry from our ""Contact Us'' page and we will get back to you.

2. Option 2

Select an instrument from our student rental inventory on our website.

1. Click the green button ""Add To Inquiry"" for the desired instrument.
2. Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner of the page.
3. From the cart page login if you have an existing account or sign-up and register with your details.
4. After you have logged in, go to the cart page, select the date you wish to start the rental, agree to the Terms & Conditions, then click on the green button ''Request A Quote''.
5. We will get back to you as soon as possible and advise regarding availability of the requested instrument.
6. If instrument is available and you wish to confirm and proceed with the rental, submit the required documents.
7. Once we have received confirmation with all the required document copies, we will have the instrument prepared and ready for you to collect upon payment of the refundable security deposit and rental fee from our premises MEI General Trading located at The Shed Warehouse 3 & 4 Al Quoz Industrial Area 3 Dubai, UAE. Delivery can also be arranged at an additional delivery fee based on your location in the UAE.

3. ​Required Documents

1. Copy of EID (Emirates ID), Passport, Visa and Proof of Residence (Ejari/Tenancy Contract/Utility bill)
2. Completed client registration form with your information
