Job Summary

This role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipments, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring seamless logistics for daily operations and special events. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory levels and warehouse stocks based on forecasted requirements.
• Coordinate with transportation companies and drivers for product pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely execution.
• Arrange logistics for shipments, negotiate costs with third-party providers, and analyze cost-effectiveness.
• Manage daily operational goals, including shipping functions, inventory management, and event-related logistics.
• Plan and organize logistics for special projects and events.
• Supervise and train warehouse personnel, including hiring and termination when required.
• Investigate and assess new vendors, researching product worthiness for inventory.
• Schedule and manage event-related crew and staff, ensuring proper logging of overtime and timely allocation of shifts.
• Collaborate with the management team to set up new processes and improve existing ones.
